The Cork French / English language exchange continues online 😀 

Since COVID 19 stopped us from meeting in person in March 2020, we have moved online and regularly have people joining us from Cork and other parts of Ireland, as well as from other places around the world. You never know who you will meet!

We meet ONLINE every two weeks (still Monday at 8pm Irish time). So if you want to practise your French or English with native speakers - Check out the Meetup page for details of dates and how to register.

Socially distanced French / English language exchange

12pm  Saturday 26 September 2020

Fitzgerald's Park, Mardyke Walk, Cork.

Join us on Saturday 26 September 2020 at 12pm for a socially distanced French / English language exchange. We will meet at the main entrance to the park and you can grab a coffee if you like. We will then go for a short walk and you can practise your target language (French or English) with native speakers. 

Please make yourself aware of the Health Service Executive (HSE) guidelines on COVID-19 (en français).

From 12 June to 13 July 2020, you can watch a range of French language films for free. Choose from 10 feature length films and 11 short films.

During the Coronavirus outbreak, we have not been able to meet like we have been doing every week in Electric for the last 6 years. But we continue the conversation online. So every Monday from 8pm, we've been chatting on Twitter, Facebook and Meetup.  Now, we have a new Facebook Group, so you can interact more easily with other members. Due to the developing global situation with COVID-19/Coronavirus, Cork French / English Language Exchange is taking a break and our meetings are now postponed until at least 06 April 2020. We will monitor developments, and recommence when it is safe to do so.
